Orders
It is advisable to order you cake as soon as possible to secure your wedding date, however we can occasionally accommodate last minute orders.
Payments
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance is payable one month before the wedding date.
Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or cheque (made payable to Creative Cakes).
Collection or Delivery
Delivery within the Maidstone area will be free of charge for wedding cakes; there may be a small additional charge for deliveries further afield.
Collection can be made by prior arrangement.
Important Information
Whilst your cake may not contain nuts or a nut product, it will be prepared in a kitchen where these products are used. Please make sure any guests with nut allergies are made aware of this.
Once the cake has been collected or delivered, Creative Cakes cannot be held responsible for any interference or damage to the cake.
Most items on the cake are made out of sugar-paste however some items are not edible as they may contain wires, cocktail sticks or jewels. We will advise you of this, however it is your responsibility to ensure that either you or your caterers are aware that they will need to be removed before serving the cake.
