I just want to take this opportunity to thank you ever so much on behalf of both Erica and I for the wonderful wedding cake you designed and made for our wedding last month at Leeds Castle. We only got back from Honeymoon last week, and thankfully my Mum had stopped my dad from finishing off the fruit cake layer so at least i still have a few slices to savour over the coming weeks!!

 Just wanted to say thank you so much for the cake and tulip cups that you made for our wedding at Lympne Castle on 30th October, it looked absolutely fantastic and tasted lovely. All our guests commented on how great it was, and once we had cut the top tier, the rest disappeared in next to no time. Luckily our Lympne Castle hostess took two of the chocolate cups for us to eat later otherwise we wouldn't have had any at all! Thank you for also taking the time to come down and set it up for us.

 I just wanted to send a short note to thank you for the beautiful cake and biscuit favours for our wedding last Saturday at Penshurst Place.

The cake was gorgeous and delicious - although Buddy and I only had a small piece as it disappeared so quickly once it was cut up and placed on the buffet table!

The favours were exactly what I wanted and were a real hit with the guests. The ribbons and diamantes were perfect too.
